Wow...haven't updated in a while.

Anyways...finals went well!  

going up to San Fran for a week...speaking which, I should sleep to get up tomorrow morning for it.

Time for a new post

So...midterms went alright. That paper I was talking about before...I got a B+!  On my Humanities midterm, I got a dissappointing C...oh well. Poli Sci, I got a solid B to B+. All in all, okay.

Ironocally, I'm posting this during a time that I should be sleeping and/or working on another essay. But hey, you know me...I'm one of those procrastinating people.

Oh ya, I should tell you that I'll really love November. This weekend, I got to see a screening of Chicken Little, and went to Disneyland (yup...rode Space Mountain ) for FREE!!!!!!!!!  And if that weren't enough, I'm going to visit Torey at USC this weekend. Then the weekend after, HARRY POTTER!!  Of course, weekend after that.

Ah...I can't wait. Not to mention, coming back and pwning that MC varsity AL team.

Okay...I take that back...I just only  college...not times three.

School has caught up with me. I have a rough draft of an Antigone essay due tomorrow (I've done...part of it. lol) which is worth 30% of my grade (at least it's a rough draft! ). On Thursday I have a poli sci lecture due, though that should be easy. Plus, I have a consistent load of reading. All the while I am try to stay actie in 2 "government" simulations.  (yes, I'm a dork).

I'm kind of homesick (mostly for the food)...but things are still great here. Good people...relaxing schedule, kind of. Going to San Francisco the 18th of December for a whole week!  So excited!

So, back to the essay.

UCI Rocks!

Okay...first of all I should announce that my grandma died.  We had her funeral over the weekend. It's better now, especially since I've realized that she'd want me to remember her, but move on...cuz that's the person she is.

So my first week of college. Great...FREEDOM comes to mind.  Though my mom IMs me and calls me every 4 hours. I must say there are a lot of good looking people here.  I really REALLY like how I have only 13 units, and that my only hard class (for now) is Humanities Core. It's all good now.

Now to go partying...

So there's 5 more days til I move in at UCI

I haven't exactly been packing...but I have been kind of relishing the last moments of life in sheltered Rancho Penasquitos. Earlier today I went to Marissa to deliver a card that the group got for Mr. Matson. We only had 5 min. to talk to him, so we scheduled another day to catch up on stuff. Most of the time, I just hung out w/ Marissa, talking, and enjoying possibly my last stroll through PQ in a while.

You know, I'm glad to be going...finally. To start anew...and to explore (without those controlling parents). Though, I'm gonna miss this place...esp. the cooking, lol. Just 5 more days...before the phase of my life ends, and a new chapter continues the story...
